Starting from design - Our creative team works closely with you to transform your concepts into initial sketches and blueprints.

Then, we move on to 3D file creation. Advanced software brings the design into a virtual 3D space, allowing you to visualize every detail. Once the document is confirmed by you, the production of the precisely driven mold begins. Make the mold to ensure perfect quality.

Next, we will generate a physical sample prototype for you. Whether it is printing or other custom details, they will all be displayed on the sample. After video and sample mailing inspection, and approval through your terminal inspection, large-scale bottle production begins, followed by custom logo printing to enhance your brand identity.

Finally, a large number of products are delivered on time in sturdy cartons through reliable logistics, seamlessly bringing your custom plastic containers to your hands.

What materials are available for selection?

1.HDPE: A durable, chemically resistant, and opaque plastic characterized by its stiffness, making it ideal for bottles for household chemicals, Cosmetic,Skin Care.

2.LDPE: A flexible and impact-resistant plastic known for its squeezability, commonly used for dispensing bottles for products like lotions and sauces.

3.PET: A strong, lightweight, and crystal-clear plastic with excellent gas barrier properties, making it the primary choice for water, soda, and food packaging.

What printing methods does offer? 

Regarding printing, Zhenghao offers the following printing methods:

1. Silk-screen print: This is a process of direct printing on bottles. The effect is high-end, but the cost is relatively high if there are more than two colors.

2. Label: Paper label, cheap, with no restrictions on the color or complexity of the Logo.

3. Shrink Label: The unit price is low but there is a printing plate fee.

4. Hot Transfer Printing: The effect is similar to Silk-Screen Print, but there is no 3D effect.

5. Paiting: It is a process where paint is directly sprayed onto bottles, and there are requirements for the material of the bottles. PP and PVC are the best choices.

6. Hot stamping:Hot stamping delivers a premium metallic finish but with higher cost and limited durability.

7.UV printing :employs UV-cured inks to create a durable, glossy finish on plastic packaging, delivering high abrasion resistance and vibrant graphics despite a higher cost structure.
